I’m down with the flu again. This would make it the second time in a month that I’ve caught the damned flu. That’s kinda a pain in the ass, don’t you think? Especially since every time I catch a cold or the flu, I get a ear infection along with it and going down the elevator without being able to clear my nose or ears makes my head feel like it might explode any time. This time, I’m actually sick enough to need to take panadol and cough syrup. Which means no rum in my ginger tea. Not that the tea needs any more potency to it, but rum does have the lovely effect of burning a clear path through the nasal and chest congestion and knocking me right out for an extra few hours. I am so not a happy camper.
